This 72 m² accommodation is designed to sleep up to 4 people. This independent rental is ideal for a stay with family or friends, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet and the natural surroundings of the estate.
This holiday rental is spread over two levels: the ground floor and the first floor.
The bedrooms and bathrooms
A first bedroom on the ground floor includes a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) (two single beds are available upon request). You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
On the first floor, you will have access to a bathroom with a small bathtub and an attic bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).
The living room and the kitchen
On the ground floor, you will have access to a living room with a television and a small dining area, as well as a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need: oven, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, bean-to-cup coffee machine…
You will therefore enjoy fully equipped accommodation for a completely independent stay.
The garden and the swimming pool
The holiday rental is surrounded by a private 2,500 m² garden. Within this garden, you will find a terrace with garden furniture, a lovely view of the Étang des Launes, and also an above-ground swimming pool, accessible from June to the end of September.
Prices and conditions
Linens (towels, dish towels, and sheets) are included. Cleaning is available for an additional fee. A €500 security deposit will be required upon arrival.
Rates vary depending on the season. Breakfast is available at the hotel for an additional fee and upon request.
